Where a clinician can see you
A clinician may only review and prescribe for a patient in a state where that clinician holds a licence. So the answer depends on where you are, not on where we are, and it can change. Each page below says what is true in that state: whether a consultation is available, when we are allowed to contact you, and whether the state has a named law that changes what we may collect.
Nine states have such a law and those pages name it. For the rest we say plainly that we have not verified one, which is a statement about what we checked rather than a claim that none exists.
