Question
Shipping, tracking and what happens when it is late
This page describes how our service and its pricing work and makes no clinical statement, so it carries no clinical review. Last updated 2026-10-07.
Where delays come from
A dispatch depends on a pharmacy, and pharmacies have queues. The complaint pattern in this category is not that delays happen; it is that people pay for three months, receive one, and cannot find out when the rest is coming.
What we commit to
A tracking number within 48 hours of dispatch. If a shipment has not moved after five business days, that becomes a task on our side with an alarm attached rather than something you have to chase.
Your orders page shows the status of each shipment, not just the most recent one.
What we cannot promise
We do not control the pharmacy queue or the carrier, so we are not going to give you a guaranteed delivery date. We will tell you what we know and when we knew it.
