Writing
Everything we have written
20 pages about what this kind of care costs, how the process works and what to ask any provider, including us. Every page says where its facts came from and when they were last checked, and whether a clinician has read it.
What you will not find: a claim about how much weight anyone loses, a suggestion that a prescription is certain, or a comparison of which medication works better. The last one is a clinical question and a marketing page answering it is guessing.
Comparisons
- Monthly price versus three-month total: why both numbers are true
A plan advertised monthly may charge a quarter at once. Both figures can be accurate and only one leaves your account this week.

- Membership fee versus an all-in price: the same money, arranged differently
Some providers charge a membership and let the pharmacy bill you separately. Others include medication. The structures are not comparable at face value.

- Introductory price versus ongoing price
An introductory month is a real discount and a real change in price. The number that matters is the second month.

- Cash-pay versus going through insurance
Two different routes with different costs, waiting times and paperwork. Neither is the obvious answer.

- Compounded versus brand-name: what the difference actually is
One is approved by the FDA and one is prepared by a pharmacy for an individual patient. That difference is the whole subject.

- Weekly injection versus a needle-free option
A real preference with real consequences for cost and availability. Which is appropriate is still a clinical decision.

Every line on the checkout screen, what it is for, and which lines do not exist.

- How cancelling works, and how to check before you pay

- Who holds your medical record, and who holds your email address
Two different organisations hold two different things. Knowing which is which tells you who to ask for what.

- What the intake asks, and why your answers go where they go
The quiz and the medical intake are two different things, held by two different organisations, for two different reasons.

- Shipping, tracking and what happens when it is late
Delays happen at the pharmacy. What matters is whether you are told, and whether anyone is counting.

- Why a consultation may not be available in your state
A clinician must be licensed where you are. When one is not, no amount of signing up changes it.

Guides
- How to read reviews of a telehealth provider
