What happens in the first week, step by step

The sequence

First, a short set of questions about your goal and your state. Then your plan and its total cost, before any payment details. Then the medical intake with the clinical partner, which is where the health questions are. Then a clinician reviews it and decides.

You can stop at any of those four, and before the third one nothing has been authorised.

Where the money moves

At checkout the payment is authorised, which places a hold rather than taking money. It is captured after a clinician approves a treatment. If the answer is no, the hold is released.

What we will contact you about

Your case status, your shipment, and your renewal date. Between 8am and 9pm in your local time, and from a template rather than free text.

Replying STOP to a text, or saying it on a call, stops everything on every channel. The unsubscribe link in a marketing email is deliberately narrower: it ends the marketing emails and keeps the ones about your appointment, renewal, cancellation and payments, because losing those is how someone misses a refill. Those carry a manage-preferences link instead, where each one can be turned off on its own.
