Question
What the intake asks, and why your answers go where they go
Not yet reviewed by a clinician. Written and fact-checked by the TRD Labs team; last updated 2026-10-07.
Note
The quiz is not a medical form
The short set of questions before you see a plan asks about your goal and your situation. It is there to work out which plan to show you and whether we can serve your state. It is not a diagnosis and it is not reviewed by a clinician.
Those answers stay on your device until you choose to continue, and what reaches our server is a segment code rather than your height and weight.
The intake is the medical form
The medical intake is conducted by the clinical partner. It asks about your history, your medications and your conditions, because a clinician cannot responsibly decide without them. Those answers go to the partner and stay there.
This is also where the answer may be no. An intake that cannot produce a "no" is not a medical review.
Why the split is visible to you
Because you should be able to tell, at each screen, which organisation you are talking to and what happens to what you type. A single seamless flow that quietly moves between a marketing company and a medical practice is convenient and tells you nothing.
Questions
- Is the quiz a medical assessment?
- No. It selects a plan and checks your state. It is not a diagnosis and no clinician reviews it.
- Where do my intake answers go?
- To the clinical partner, who conducts the intake and holds the clinical record.
- Can the answer be no?
- Yes. A clinician can decide a treatment is not appropriate, and nothing is charged when that happens.
