What is included in a cash-pay weight-management programme price?
At TRD Labs the programme price covers the clinical evaluation, the medication when a clinician prescribes it, shipping, and the support included in the chosen plan.
There is no membership fee, no administrative or platform fee, no separate pharmacy invoice, no shipping surcharge and no fee for cancelling.
The itemised lines shown at checkout are the lines on the receipt, and the total is captured once, after a clinician approves a treatment — if a clinician decides against treatment, nothing is taken.
The lines that exist
The clinical evaluation, the medication when a clinician prescribes it, shipping, and the support included in your plan. On a prepaid plan these are totalled for three months and charged once.
Coaching, dietitian support and the supplement stack are separate lines where your plan does not include them, and are shown as separate lines when it does, so you can see what you are getting rather than inferring it from a bundle name.

When the total is actually taken
The total is authorised at checkout, which places a hold, and captured after a clinician approves a treatment. On a prepaid plan that single capture covers the three months. If no prescription is written, the authorisation is released and none of it is taken.

The itemised lines at checkout are the itemised lines on your receipt. If they ever differ, that is a bug and worth telling us about.
