Coaching

Guided support between clinical visits: help with the practical side of following a plan, questions about the process, and someone to tell when something is not working. A coach is not a clinician and does not change a prescription.

Dietitian support

Nutrition guidance from a registered dietitian. A defined credential, which is why it is named as one rather than described as "nutrition support".

Why they are separate lines

Because a bundle name tells you nothing about what is in it. These appear as their own lines at checkout whether or not your plan includes them, so adding or removing one changes a number you can see.
